• Q: Are Ceramic Chips made with stickers?
• A: Ceramic chips ARE NOT stickers over existing chips! Designs are printed to blank white chips at over 500 degrees and are 100% permanent.  Once we print your design on that chip, its there forever. There is no way to remove the design without physically damaging the chip.

• Q: Can I use my own design, or do I have to use one of your "Chip Faces" from the picture on your website?
• A: Yes! You can choose ANY graphics for your chips. The "Chip Faces" you see on our website are in place to help those without "ready to print" designs. You are more than welcome to use your design, or a combination of your design and ours to create your own unique poker chips!

• Q: I want to use one of your "Chip Faces" and "Edgestripes", can I change the colors to the ones from my logo?
• A: Yes! Colors are the easiest to alter from our "Chip Faces" and "Edgestripes". Just let us know what colors you like/want and we can change them accordingly.

• Q: I have a design ready to go, however I don't like the "Chip Faces" I see on your website...are there any other options?
• A: Yes! Ceramic chips arrive as white blank discs from the factory. We can print the full 1.57" across with what ever design you have.

• Q: I want a set of unique chips...a set that ONLY I HAVE. If I submit a design, will you use it to print other orders? How safe is my design?
• A: We respect the copyright of ALL submitted artwork. We will not reproduce your artwork IN ANY form without your written consent. Rest assured the chips you get made at StraightFlush.ca will be unique and guaranteed to be one of a kind.

 

• Q: I want you to create a design for me...what do you need?
• A: Please send an email requesting a price quote to sales@straightflush.ca In your email, please be a specific as possible with any and all ideas you have for your design. If you like any of our "Chip Faces" or "Edgestripes", please let us know! We will also need to know what colors you want used (take a look at our color chart below), what text you want on the chips and in what color.  How many different style chips you need, along with what denominations (if any) that would go on the chips. Generally, you want to give us as much information as possible...this way we can get an initial draft as soon as possible!

• Q: I have placed my order, what happens now?
• A: Once your order is received, we will once again verify by email communication what images are to be used for what chips. We will send you final digital mockups of your design for your approval. Once you are satisfied and approve the design, we send the work to our specialized printers. From this point it can take anywhere from 3-15 days depending on the size of your order to complete. Once you order is ready, you are notified via email and sent your Canada Post Tracking Number.

• Q: Can I order ceramic samples of my artwork before submitting my order?
• A: Yes! We strongly recommend placing orders for samples at: http://www.straightflush.ca/poker-chips/poker-chip-sample-packs/custom-printed-ceramic-sample-pack/prod_36.html , as there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on custom printed chips. We want you to be 100% sure BEFORE you place any kind of order!

• Q: What is the cost for Custom Ceramics?

Here you will find various prices starting from 1 single chip, all the way to 1500+ chips. If you require over 3000 chips printed, please send us an email for an accurate quote to sales@straightflush.ca

 

• Q: What do you charge for artwork services?
• A: If placing orders for over 300 chips, our artwork service is free of charge. If requesting artwork for orders under 300 chips, there is a flat fee of $85 for up to 5 different chip designs.

• Q: Can you email me a design? I want to order 5000 chips!
• A: Of course we can! Remember our artwork is free for orders over 300 chips...however you MUST place and submit payment for the order BEFORE we create your artwork! We will no longer send artwork to customers who have not sent in payment. Unfortunately, there are people out there that have abused this system by requesting artwork and then taking the ideas/design to other company's. It is for this reason that payment must be sent before we begin any kind of artwork...sorry!

• Q: I see you have a Ceramic Color Chart below, what is that for?
• A: Due to the printing process, the colors you see on your computer and in the renderings will be different than those printed on the chips. This is why we prefer to use colors from our color charts. This ensures your chips are produced as accurately as possible. We also use the Ceramic Color Chart for customers in the middle of designing their chips, as it helps in finding the perfect colors to compliment each other.

 

• Q: What are the steps I see below?
• A: These steps are to help customers design their chips (if needed). You can choose one of our default chips faces in step 1, followed by a default edgestripe in step 2. Step 3 simply shows that you can adjust the colors in any way you like. If you like "Chip Face A" but dont like the yellow color...you can change it to what ever you like to match your ideas. If interested in using images from "Step 1 or Step 2", then please submit your ideas for colors, inlays and text via email to sales@straightflush.ca  and we can create the digital mockups for you.
